Key Responsibilities:
1. HCM & SF Implementation: Lead the implementation of SAP HCM/SF module, including configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems.
2. System Maintenance and Support: Ensure the smooth functioning of the SAP HCM & SF by conducting regular maintenance activities, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to end-users.
Process Optimization: Analyze existing HR processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
3. Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for HR staff and end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP HCM & SF. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and processes.
4. Compliance and Data Security: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and implement appropriate security measures to safeguard sensitive HR data stored in the SAP HCM/SF system.
5. Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and dashboards using SAP HCM/SF reporting tools to provide insights into HR metrics and support decision-making processes.
6. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SAP HCM/SF implementation and recommend enhancements to the system to meet evolving business needs.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Certification in SAP HCM, EC and PMGM module is highly desirable.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM & Success Factor implementation and support, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG industry.
4. Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
5. Proficiency in SAP HCM modules as well as EC, PMGM, and Recruitment Modules.
