Al Meezan Investment Management Limited is the largest Shariah-compliant asset management company in Pakistan, with over 28 years of experience in the industry. We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Manager / Senior Manager Company Corporate Secretariat.
The role will be responsible for providing expert advice on corporate governance matters, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and supporting the overall corporate secretarial function of AMC and funds under its management.
To succeed in this role the following skills will play a key role.
Strong understanding of corporate governance principles.
Strong Attention to detail & drafting skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with corporate secretarial software is a plus.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's / Master's in Law, Business or a related field
- ACCA (Qualified or Applied for ACCA Membership)
- CA-Intermediate
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience
